2019年にCRASSが、代表的アルバム『The Feeding of the Five Thousand』の16トラックで録音されたソースをそれぞれMIX前のバラバラの状態で無料公開し、誰もが独自の解釈でリミックスできるように措置。
それに応えるように世界各地の人々がリミックス。ONE LITTLE INDEPENDENTに届いた楽曲からスティーブイグノラントとペニーリンボーが丁寧に選考し、オリジナルアルバムと同じ曲順で並べた2種類のリミックスアルバムをパッケージした2枚組CDです。


40年以上前のCRASSによるソースを人々が摘みとり再構築、集めたそれらをリリースし、そのプロジェクトで生まれた利益をロックダウン下で必要性が高まってしまった、家庭内虐待から安全な環境へと身を置く手助けをし、ライフチェンジの手助けをする団体"REFUGE"への援助に充てるという流れもCRASSらしいなと思います。
